Felismina Jom

Felismina - or Fliss - is the Digital Account Director at Barefruit Marketing and marketing agency in Ballina. With a background in corporate IT and 14 years running a digital agency with her partner in Sydney. Since moving to Lennox Head, Fliss has worked as a small business advisor covering the broader northern rivers and is passionate about supporting businesses to navigate a constantly changing digital environment.

Emma Kempnich

Committee member

Emma is a friendly, down-to-earth creative professional. She has spent 20 years helping businesses and entrepreneurs with visual brand identity development and graphic design. Emma was born and raised in the Northern Rivers and has called Ballina home since 2016. A single mum to two girls, Emma understands the complexities of being a woman in business and is passionate about supporting other women to discover what works for them in creating a positive work/life balance.

Brigid Pearse

Committee member

Brigid is owner and teacher at Move to Nurture Pilates in Lennox Head. An early career in dance and theatre in the Northern Rivers has come full circle for Brigid after working in local government planning and community engagement. She is now mum to a six-year-old with a thriving home business helping mid-to-late life women to stay stronger in their bodies for longer.

Roxanna Chan

Committee Member

Creative by nature Roxanna has recently relocated to the Northern Rivers and loves using the creative process to encourage thoughtful living. Currently working as the acting Event Manager for Finders Keepers and is a qualified trainer and workshop facilitator along the East Coast is looking forward to building connection closer to home in Ballina and surrounds through hosting workshops and providing a creative space for others. Roxanna is really excited to learn, lead and mix with other woman in the area, make sure you go up and introduce yourself and say hi!
