Jackie Smith is a leadership and organisational change consultant, coach and group facilitator who works in a holistic way with individuals and organisations across Australia based on 20 years' experience and education in management and leadership, organisational psychology, group dynamics and mindfulness. Jackie is passionate about supporting people to understand leadership impact, develop authentic communication skills and build trust-based relationships at work and in life. She is the founder and lead facilitator of The Wisdom of The Horse, creating unique, memorable and deeply powerful personal and professional development workshops for organisations that are nature based and involve communication and interaction with herds of horses.

Nat Quirk

Nat is known as a women’s confidence coach. Her passion is working with women to reignite their self-belief, to become the woman who claims the life she desires. Embodying the mission and message, Nat has rebuilt herself after surviving terminal cancer and walking away from an incredible 20 year career within the technology and telecommunications industry, to be here, carving out a space for women to return to the truth of who we are!

Tania Usher is the founder of the multi-award-winning tourism company Blue Ginger Picnics and the recently launched 100% organic, My Daily Chai.

A Kingscliff resident for 21 years Tania raised her two daughters in the region while running her online digital marketing company.

Tania’s enterprises encourage people to reconnect with nature, the food they eat and each other. Tania is widely recognised for her dedication to supporting local businesses and The Tweed.

Julia Foyster

Julia Foyster is the owner and founder of Tweed Real Food, an Artisan Food Manufacturing business that prides itself on producing multiple award winning and all-natural seasonings and balsamic vinegars on their family farm in Mooball. Her family has been farming in the Tweed Shire for 5 generations.

Darlsy Powell

Darlsy and her Husband Mark founded Nutra Organics in 1998.
With Darlsy and her Family's passion for health, Nutra Organics has grown from the kitchen table to the amazingly successful international family company it is today with award winning innovative health and wellness products.
The family also takes a serious responsibility for the future, being market leaders in sustainable packaging and business practices and for future generations.
As a born and bred tweed local Darlsy is so happy and thankful to be able to give back to the amazing local tweed businesswomen

Lilly Choi-Lee

Lilly is co-founder of TravConsult, delivering Asian market insights, strategic and practical solutions for the aviation, tourism, and retail industries. She and business partner/husband, Trevor, created their business concept over red wine while living in Japan in the 1990’s with a life-changing event bringing TravConsult to fruition in 2002.

Lilly works with airports, government bodies, tourism destinations and organizations to analyze, strategize and transform attitudes - challenging the status quo in doing business with Asian markets.

Amidst the turmoil of the 2020 global pandemic and TravConsult on pause, new opportunities arose.

Heeding the collective call to help Australians support their communities, Naturally Northern Rivers Australia was born. The vision: to take the provenance of the region to the rest of the world via passionate artisans, their stories, and products. A natural synergy with TravConsult. From boardrooms and corporate suits to farms and gumboots.

Lilly’s love of yoga and karate, help to keep her spiritually balanced. She loves French champagne, fine food & surfing at local breaks.
