The term ‘Cash is King’ has been around for decades and describes the importance of cash to survive – for any business. A business may have promising revenue streams, a frugal expense base and significant income but if its financial operations are not designed and managed efficiently to accrue cash, it could still produce a negative cash flow. In this workshop learn about the four fundamental Cash Flow success factors, conduct a quick Business/Cash Flow Health Check, learn about reviewing and forecasting Cash Flow, understand the 7 change levers and build an action plan.
