How To Effectively Engage Your Customers Online – Online Workshop

Wednesday 27 May, 2020 at 4pm

How effectively are you connecting with your customers online?  In the new COVID-19 ‘normal’, connecting with your customers online has never been more important – join us to hear about ways you can make your online presence more effective.

In this session we’ll cover how to complete an audit of your online presence and map where your customers might be. We’ll then work through a high level overview of key online platforms and share tips for how to build out your online presence to better connect with your customers.

Expertly facilitated by Katee Blizzard, a Marketing Strategist at Social Greatness Co, and Ashleigh Camm, Sourdough Expert In Residence this practical workshop is not to be missed.

About Katee Blizzard:

Katee Blizzard is the Founder of Social Greatness and current Executive Officer for the Byron Bay Chamber of Commerce. Since moving to Australia 3 years ago from the USA, Katee has built a successful marketing business where she helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs to be seen and remembered by their ideal audiences.

To her, the customer experience is everything and she believes that when there is an opportunity to go above and beyond, you should! This comes from her time working at both Universal Orlando and the Four Season’s Resort at Walt Disney World where she learned first hand how it is the extra little things that make the greatest impacts on the guests (or customer’s) experience.

Before moving to Australia, Katee managed a team that raised $1 Million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals where she focused on corporate partnerships, community outreach, and events.

Today, Katee is building a new element to her business that is focused on the Customer Experience Journey and how to make a greater impact by adding a little extra magic to your business.
