Building resilience in times of uncertainty & change.
In the embrace of the Sourdough Business Women’s community we will be exploring the BE-DO-Have Leadership model. This model supports the concept of who we are being as leaders and business owners, ultimately creates our results and our outcomes.
Employing this understanding at these times of uncertainty and great change allows us to navigate our way forward from a more empowered and resilient place.
In this online hub we will explore the BE-DO-HAVE leadership model more deeply, feel its relevance to our personal business environment and we will have the opportunity to drop into a deep conversation on what we are being called into as leaders and business owners.
The session will include some Leadership Teaching, a centering mindfulness practice, authentic dialogue and conversational sharing and some writing exercises.
Join Aurora and the SBW team as we navigate this time of change and uncertainty together.
