Identifying and harnessing your very own treasure chest of superpowers and expanding your potential exponentially!

Perimenopause gets a horrendous wrap, and it’s not surprising. It has a tendency to take everything you think you know, throw it in the wind and then stuff the remainder into a secret mental compartment hidden behind fog and rolling tumbleweeds. It can feel disempowering, anxiety-inducing and incredibly confusing, it is the crossing over from youth into eldership and it can be a turbulent road to get there. Our bodies can feel different, our rhythms unpredictable and our minds clouded and afraid. But what if hidden within it, was a treasure chest of superpowers, that could expand your potential exponentially? What if all that seemed bad, was actually part of the most potent transformation process you’ll go through in your life? What if instead of breaking you, perimenopause is what could make you?

Perimenopause is one of the most hidden in plain sight opportunities for a woman to shed the layers of conditioned crap that have accumulated over a lifetime and one of the single most effective power sources to propel a woman to progression. It can knock the fire out of you or turn you into the strong, open, fierce, loving, humble, confident leader you are meant to be. Often doing one to propagate the other. But in order for this to happen more readily in our workplaces, in our homes, in broader society and our boardrooms, we have to own it first.

Empowered female Elders are what the world needs more than ever before, perimenopause is the process to get there. It can at times ask for a full-bodied, fully-attentive approach that, when fully embraced, can refine every aspect of an ovary owner’s existence.

Learning how to wield your peri power suit is relevant to you if you’re in peri, approaching peri or simply peri-curious. Transform a turbulent time into a transition of triumph.

  • Awareness – learn the what, why and the how of perimenopause at a physiological level
  • Attitude – transform the mindset of perimenopause from break to make
  • Action – become pro-actively involved in your own perimenopausal experience.

We hope you can join us for what is sure to be an inspiring evening with the amazing Lissie Turner!
