About Justine Dorrell

Justine Dorrell has over 16 years recruitment experience, 11 of those have been spent recruiting in the local area working with and supporting hundreds of businesses. In her current role of Culture Officer at Elements of Byron she is responsible for recruitment, culture, and training. She believes that the greatest factor in the success of a business is the quality of its people.  Having the best people to represent your brand and culture will enable you to grow and prosper. “It’s a privilege to work on behalf of an organisation to recruit a new member of their team”.
